All-Women Buddhist Monastery
Great Wisdom, an academic extension of GWBI, offers a distinctive Buddhist study environment within an all-women Buddhist monastery. Supported by Great Wisdom faculty and peers, students actively engage with the vibrant monastic community, seeking advice and mentorship from nuns with over a decade of ordination. Diverse life experiences are shared with nuns from around the world, including New Zealand, Canada, the U.S., Singapore, Taiwan, and Indonesia.
