Program Overview

Great Wisdom offers diplomas at three academic levels: Introductory, Intermediate, and Advanced. 

Introductory Program

4-year program, focused on "The Detailed Commentary upon Valid Perception," enhances logical thinking skills and reduces ambiguity through a step-by-step approach.

Intermediate Program

6-year program centered on "The Ornament of Clear Knowledge" by Maitreya, fostering understanding of diverse wisdom levels among great teachers and motivating comprehensive Buddhist practice.

Advanced Program

5-year program culminating in the study of three classic commentaries—The Great Middle Way, Treasury of Higher Knowledge, and Compendium of Discipline—completing the Five Great Treatises curriculum.

Life at Great Wisdom​

All-Women Buddhist Mnastery
